RENT AGREEMENT

This Rent Agreement is made on this 2026-08-23 at ________ by and between:

Landlord: Mr./Ms./Mrs. ________________R/o ________________________________, hereinafter referred to as the "FIRST PARTY" (which expression shall mean and include his/her heirs, successors, and assigns).

AND

Tenant: Mr./Ms./Mrs. ________________R/o ________________________________, hereinafter referred to as the "SECOND PARTY".

WHEREAS the FIRST PARTY is the absolute owner of the property situated at ________________and the SECOND PARTY has agreed to take the said property on rent for residential purpose only at a monthly rent of ₹0.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The rent shall be payable by the 7th of every calendar month.
2. The SECOND PARTY has paid ₹0 as a security deposit.
3. The notice period for vacating the premises shall be 1 month(s).
4. Electricity and Water charges shall be paid by the SECOND PARTY separately.
